Saffron is one of the most expensive and valuable spices in the world, in addition to food consumption, this valuable product is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. Iran, as the largest producer and exporter of saffron, has an annual production of 587 million dollars, which is about 50% of it is sold to Spain. Spanish saffron is of high quality like Iranian saffron, but the production volume of Spanish saffron is not significant compared to the amount of its import. Since saffron originates from Iran, different types of Super Negin, Negin, Sargol, Pushal/filament, Powder and Kunj entered the market as Iranian saffron.In recent years, more than 54 countries, including the UAE, Spain, Hong Kong, China, Afghanistan, Germany, Switzerland and India, are the destinations of Iranian saffron.
Harvested in high-quality farms, our saffron is being handpicked to preserve its quality. The saffron is then tested in our laboratory certified by the National Standards Organization and through the HPLC technique to ensure its purity.
